Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator is the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) backed service helping social housing providers develop high-quality SHDF bids. The Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator (SHRA) is a fully-funded support service to help social housing providers across England successfully bid into the Government’s Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).

We offer a range of proven support which has been developed with and for the social housing sector by housing retrofit and grant application experts.
