The Construction Leadership Forum (CLF) was established in 2019 as a collaborative initiative of the construction sector and the Scottish Government, and is chaired by the Minister for Small Business, Innovation, Tourism and Trade. 
 
 
TRANSFORMATION ACTION PLAN 
 
A consultation on a draft Transformation Action Plan opened on 1 November, aimed at making improvements across the sector, and closed on 17 November 2023. 
 
We are pleased with the constructive and considered feedback we received from our industry stakeholders. This positive response reflects that there is collective commitment to progress and transformational change. 
 
The approved Transformation Action Plan was published on 25 January 2024.
