The prices of products as quoted in the seller’s price list, catalogue, internet site, advertisements, etc. They are not necessarily transaction prices. Depending on the country and/or the product, they may or may not include delivery and installation costs, VAT and other indirect taxes on products, discounts, surcharges and rebates, invoiced service charges and voluntary gratuities.’
