&lt;br /&gt;
The same document refers to ‘all tenancies’ as 'those where the same tenant has been in situ throughout. The ‘all tenancies’ trigger date effectively introduces a backstop date, by which all remaining properties which are required to have EPCs, will have to be improved to the required EPC rating.'&lt;br /&gt;
