It is part of the newly-formed Infrastructure and Projects Authority’s aim of improving delivery and performance across infrastructure projects. A big part of driving efficiency is the rollout of BIM; the Strategy assessed that most departments are BIM Level 2-ready, with remaining departments on target to meet the 2016 mandate on 4th April.
