	The new subscription year – April 2022 to March 2023 – will see the IHBC mark a quarter of a century since incorporation as a professional body supporting and accrediting built and historic environment conservation specialists. The organisation are launching the logo and inviting ideas on how to mark this special year! 	‘We’re delighted to welcome the launch of a year of activities and events to mark the IHBC’s 25th anniversary, #IHBC25. Most will guess that we will want to look at our future as much as our past, and push ahead with our modernisation informed by our unique heritage. So we will adopt a suitably sustainable conservation strategy, and use our history to inform our future. Of course the IHBC’s newly elected Board will have to scrutinise our current plans, so for now we’re calling on all members and tiers of governance – Council, Committees, Branches and members – to think about how you might like to join in or contribute. Welcome to #IHBC25 – 25 years since we turned professional – with ideas invited on how to mark our heritage and look ahead too !

The new subscription year – April 2022 to March 2023 – will see the IHBC mark a quarter of a century since incorporation as a professional body supporting and accrediting built and historic environment conservation specialists. IHBC’s President Mike Brown and IHBC Chair David McDonald, representing the IHBC’s Council and Board respectively, said jointly:

‘We’re delighted to welcome the launch of a year of activities and events to mark the IHBC’s 25th anniversary, #IHBC25. Most will guess that we will want to look at our future as much as our past, and push ahead with our modernisation informed by our unique heritage.
