	On 4 September 2024, at 11am, after a variety of delays the [https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/publication-of-the-grenfell-tower-inquiry-phase-2-report Grenfell Tower Inquiry: Phase 2 Report] was published. A seven volume report, along with a summary, together with the four volumes of the phase 1 report, complete the output of the independent Grenfell Tower Inqury.		On 4 September 2024, at 11am, after a variety of delays the [https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/publication-of-the-grenfell-tower-inquiry-phase-2-report Grenfell Tower Inquiry: Phase 2 Report] was published. A seven volume report, along with a summary, together with the four volumes of the phase 1 report, complete the output of the independent Grenfell Tower Inqury.

		+	The report was highly critical of many of the organisations involved in the lead up to the fire, from companies to councils, statutory bodies to the government. It included a summary of the issues and associated recommendations grouped by subject matter to which they related, under five separate headings: The construction industry, Social housing providers, The London Fire Brigade, Response and recovery and Vulnerable people.
