Barecore is one of the main our product that is produced out of Albasia Falcata (Sengon) in Indonesia. The bare core board consists of dull glued pieces with a finger jointed frame. Standard sizes are produced referred to the domiciles standards. The main export destination is China, Middle East and other Asian countries. Barecore is mainly used for component and furniture applications. The product is further processed and diversified. Companies in China apply veneer or other surface materials to the board as some Indonesian companies do as well. Wood species: Falcata, Jabon, Meranti, Balsa, Merbau, Pine or by customer request. Thickness: [mm] 13,5 - 18, some times until 48, custom made thicknesses available. Board size: [mm] 1224x2440,1224x1220, custom made sizes available. Quality: Visual Quality Standards from Grade A-C. Glue: WBP / MR / D4 or customer Request. Emission Standards available: European formaldehyde emission standard[E0-E1], Japanese Industrial Standard, California Air Resources Board (CARB). Specifications &amp;amp;amp; Grade Moisture: 8 – 12 %. Length tolerance: -0/+20.0 millimeters. Width tolerance: -0/+20.0 millimeters. Thickness tolerance: -0/+ 0.2 millimeters. Glue: B2/WBP/MR/D4 or customer request Quality: A, AB, B, and C Grade Grade: A GRADE : Live knots accept.
