Heat output is achieved as soon as the unit is switched on. The maximum mounting height is approximately five metres. Quartz radiant heaters are particularly cheap and simple to install, however, as with all forms of electric heating, fuel costs and CO2 emissions are higher than for comparable fossil-fuel fired heating systems.’&lt;br /&gt;
