Without Vendors being able to instantly give solicitors instant access to the searches they upload and store in the log book they create,I do not see much value in creation of log books to fast track the conveyancing process.	+

The Log Book Provider Name was not specified to me.

−	~~2.Chimni The owner of this Digital Log Book Provider is also~~ the ~~founder~~ of the Residential Log Book Association.The Digital Log Books that Vendors & short term future vendors can instantly create suprisingly have no means of sharing the searches that the vendor obtains at the optimal timing and uploads into the log book and/or there is no means of giving solicitor instant access to the searches and other documentation that are uploaded into the log book and that the solicitor needs without delay to fast track and reduce the conveyancing time frame to the extent possible.This is a major problem in respect to effective use by Vendor/Users for them to use their log book to ~~maximum effect that relates~~ to ~~the sale of their property via~~ an ~~estate agent who may~~ or ~~may~~ not ~~have advised~~ the ~~vendor to create a~~ log book in the ~~lead up to the vendor signing the agency instruction agreement.An immediate remedy to this problem is needed if Chimni log books~~ are to become as useful to vendors as possible in the sale of their properties and this enhanced future usefulness and greater value and benefit of becoming a New Chimni Log Book User will itself become the driver for greater number of log books to be created so the Vendors ~~can extract the full value~~ and ~~benefit from them. Note: Chimni is not the sole Log Book Provider where there is a similar problem of sharing the searches the vendor obtains to assist fast track the sale of~~ their ~~property with solicitor and/or no simple~~ fast ~~instant access can be given by~~ the ~~vendor/user to their solicitor to view~~ and ~~download~~ the ~~searches stored in the log book~~	+
