		+	On 11 November 2025 "[https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2025/1172/made The Building Safety Regulator (Establishment of New Body and Transfer of Functions etc.) Regulations 2026]" was laid before Parliament, alongside this Samantha Dixon the new Minister for Building Safety, Fire and Democracy(Labour) [https://questions-statements.parliament.uk/written-statements/detail/2025-11-11/hcws1042 published a written statement] in support of the new regulations saying:
