In February 2017, Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) unveiled its designs for a new high-rise glazed tower in San Francisco.

Named 555 Howard, the project, which is being developed in collaboration with local architecture firm Mark Cavagnero Associates Architects, will be Renzo Piano’s first American tower outside of New York.
