		+	The judging panel met with the shortlisted candidates at ECA’s (Electrical Contractors’ Association) offices in London. They looked for passion for learning and development; awareness of issues and challenges in the industry and a vision for the future; commitment to the industry and the ECA Member business they work for; and good communication skills.
